The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Affairs gave a positive evaluation to the flexible work system that Dongbang has been implementing for several years.
In particular, they gave a particularly high score to the system of leaving work at 3:30 every Friday and leaving work at 1:30 on the last Friday of the week.
We have been implementing the flexible work system since 2018 to spend a more enjoyable weekend with our families every Friday.
